First Time Hot Tubbers |
Well now this group is actually a sub-group of several different groups. They have purchased a hot tub for various reasons. Some for the therapy, some for the relaxation and rekindling of romance, some for a gathering spot. First time tubbers are our most fun group to work with as they tend listen more to advice than any of the other home spa groups. They know they don’t know anything about hot tubs and have told their hot tub sales representative this fact. So; in most cases the spa retailer will spend more time with them to enlighten them. The spa retailer will usually spend a large amount of the time with this group going over hot tub chemical programs that may best fit their use. First time tubbers are usually referred to as “Newlywed Buyers”, which by the way is not actually correct. Several of the people that we have heard from in this category tend to be older by classification; i.e. 40 plus in age. They tend to gravitate towards the more middle of the road type of hot tubs than the high end hot tubs. Although, there are those first time buyers that do want an exceptional tub at an exceptional value. |
