Amateur Hot Tubbers |
While many of this group tends to spend more time trying to get their chemicals in balance because they didn’t listen to their hot tub sales representative or hot tub installer about chemical treatment programs, they use their hot tubs less. Yes they originally bought their spa with the idea of being semi-pro or even professional tubbers, yet their chemical program is so bad that no one can enjoy the hot tub because they get out with this terrible rash or the water looks as though it may be pond scum. They really want to use their hot tub, yet will not pick up the phone and ask for help! They probably spent close to the same amount as the semi-pro for their hot tub and now there it sits in the backyard taking up space. The owners often complaining how bad a hot tub is for you, or telling their friends to save their money and not to buy one. Such a sad state of affairs. Yet there is hope for this group, they can simply change their mindset and visit their local hot tub retailer and ask for help. Yet many refuse, like the man driving refusing to ask for directions when he is lost. If you are the spouse of such a person, do everyone in your family a great service and read our simple spa water maintenance section, then take over control of the regular care of the hot tub. You’ll be surprised how easy it really is. |
